Williamston, NC • September 28 - 30, 2012
SARTREK is a conference and training exercise for anyone involved in search and rescue. This event will feature classes on search management, K-9 training and handling (and beyond!), how to search, and what to do if you find the subject. Classes begin Friday, September 28, at 1400 and continue through Sunday 1200.
Field exercises for K-9 Teams, Trackers, and others will be on-site and at nearby locations. Thanks to a generous grant from the NC Search and Rescue Advisory Council, the registration fee will be kept to a minimum. Camp fee is $12 for the weekend or stay at the Holiday Inn Express across the street at a discounted rate. There are even RV sites with hook ups on-site for $35 for the weekend.
